While good service dictates that no sale is ever actually 'final,' there has to be some common sense rules to determine how business will be conducted. If you have any questions that are not answered here, please feel free to email to find out.
Shipping & Handling
Shipping and handling charges will be combined on multiple items to try to keep the costs reasonable. Shipping charges are figured based on the weight and destination. If shipping is significantly less than figured, you will receive a credit for the difference.
All domestic shipping will include some form of Delivery Confirmation.
All international shipping will include some form or tracking whenever possible. Orders over $250 MUST be shipped Priority Mail International which has complete tracking
Returns
We sell collectible items which value can change over time. You cannot return an item just because you found it later for less. We will accept returns only if an item was not accurately described and we are contacted within 7 days of receiving the item. All returned items must be in the condition sent, and must be received before a refund is issued. NO returns on sealed boxes, cases or sealed cards that have been opened. Refunds will normally be made in the same form as payment was received, but may also be made by company check if necessary. Please email before returning any item, so we can try to work out the problem or so we know to expect the returned item.

Pre-order Policy
Pre-orders are made available on the website prior to the product being released. When known, we will include a target release date. This date is NOT firm as delays happen in this industry.
Preorder payments are non-refundable unless the product is completely cancelled by the manufacturer. Delays in production are common in the trading card industry and are beyond our control. We will ship your preorder as soon as the product is available from the manufacturer.
Privacy
Scifi Cards does not and will not share your personal information with anyone. We take this very seriously. Our email list is kept on a secure server and does not get shared with anyone for any reason. Our newsletter is Opt-In, meaning you have to ask to be added to the list.
