This set is a little bit of a surprise, as I’d not even heard rumblings about it from artists. Look for art from the Marvel Comics and Dark Horse Comics years of Conan. 2 hits per box should yield at least one sketch per box, sometimes 2. VERY limited print run, with numbered inserts pointing to only around 3000 boxes. - “Conquering Covers” – This nine card set set highlights covers from the decades of published Conan comic books, also printed on foil substrate.
- “Behind the Scenes” – These nine cards depict preliminary sketches, unused images, and Comics Code Authority requested changes to Conan art from decades ago.
- “Crimson Noir” – A gritty set of 9 cards showing Conan at the height of battle, printed in black and splashed in crimson “blood.”
